Do you remember when...

Model T

All the girls had ugly gym uniforms? TV

It took five minutes for the TV to warm up?

Nearly everyone's Mom was at home when the kids got home from school?

Nobody owned a purebred dog?

When a quarter was a decent allowance?

All your male teachers wore neckties and female teachers had their hair done every day and wore high heels?

It was considered a great privilege to be taken out to dinner at a real restaurant with your parents?

No one ever asked where the car keys were because they were always in the car, in the ignition, and the doors were never locked?

You could always talk to a person when you called a business, not a recording AND "The customer was always right"?

Although we can't return to all the great memories, I can assure you that when you call us at Seven Oaks Doors and Hardware, you will speak with a real live person. We still keep it personal. You have a problem? We want to help solve it with you. We may be a little old fashion, but we still like to hear your voices!! Call us!

I appreciate you,

LCN 4040XP Closer

LCN 4040 XP
What happens August 1st? The LCN 4040XP will be replacing the 4040.  Don't worry, the list price for the 4040XP will be dropping to match the existing standard of the 4040 to provide you with an easy transition. Because the 4040XP arms, cover and closer body are retrofitable to the standard 4040, parts will continue to be available for the existing closers.

From schools and healthcare facilities to sports arenas, government buildings and other commercial settings, LCN closers are the toughest, smoothest and most reliable door closers in the industry.

The LCN 4040 set the standard as the most flexible heavy duty closer designed for rugged high traffic areas. LCN's 4040XP enhances what the standard 4040 already provided. Its non-handed design allows for installation on almost any building or room opening.

You ask, what is XP? Simply put, eXtra Protection for real world applications. The new V-shield seal allows for 20% longer life expectancy. The load bearing capacity is increased by 44%, the XP comes with the strongest pinion ever, the widest bearing ever and stronger pinion teeth than ever before. The 4040XP sets the new industry standard with reliability, longevity and value with a beefier design and extraordinary performance testing that goes far beyond industry requirements.
