What Does Heart Mean to You?
|
Don't you think it is a little ironic that "Heart Month" is in February? Most of us think of Valentine's Day and how we can impress our Sweetheart. We also have a "heart" for those we love, and sometimes you really put your "heart" into what you do. All the various meanings and uses for the word "heart" spur my thoughts of the fact that you our customers are the "HEART" of our business. We appreciate you with all our "hearts". This heartfelt message is to let you know how special you are and that we do not take you for granted. We want to always be important to you and put your needs before ours. We want to have a "heart" to "heart" talk with you about your needs and how we can help. Give us a chance. We will be there at your beckoning call.
I appreciate you! (From the bottom of my "heart") Ed Shimpock, VP and General Manager
