What does the expression "Dog Days" have to do with service?
|

That's a good question! Well, the answer is probably nothing. However, we will soon be entering those muggy days. Our resident historian, Rodney Mauldin offers this description of Dog Days. As I was thinking about you our valued clients, I was wondering, do you get "hot and bothered" when you can't get the service you expect from a door and hardware company? Well, we at Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware are continuously striving to make you feel "petted" by us. We will "jump through hoops" to make your experience the best possible. When the "Heat" is on, we are the ones who will "Cool" the situation by getting your order shipped on time or your project installed accurately. Your continued support of Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware makes us very happy. That's why we will be waiting and "waggin' our tail" for your next phone call or meeting with you! Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware customers are special friends.
I appreciate you! Ed Shimpock,AHC, V.P., General Manager

"I have been a customer of Seven Oaks Doors & Hardware for as long as I can remember! The reason I purchase from them is easy - great customer service. I call and they come. I just point out what I want and Ron does the rest. And, then there's Becky who helps me with just about everything else. She is a great source of information and will help me order things "just like that"! The sales reps work to find the product that you need and the installers work almost unnoticed. And they clean up behind themselves too. What a treat! In other words, when we need doors or door products, we check with Seven Oaks first." - Susan Ogburn
