The Chinese Storytelling Project,

Caroline Lee, an English teacher at The Lawrenceville School and graduate student at The University of Pennsylvania, will present three dramatic stories about how the Chinese Exclusion Act affected and transformed not only individuals, but the entire Chinese American community. Ms. Lee will be accompanied by student storytellers from The Lawrenceville School.
Archival material, reflective of the Chinese American experience in Philadelphia from the National Archives at Philadelphia, will be on view.

Museum galleries will be open from
5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Program begins at 6:00 p.m.
