Hello to All Amazing Akashic "A" Listers!
Thanks for being part of our community! I hope you're enjoying the meditation I sent this week. It's the first in a series of three. Expect the rest to follow at the perfect moment in the not-too-distant future!
This past month we've been doing Akashic Visionaries 2015, exploring the latest cutting-edge material that I've found captivating in my own Akashic excursions. Part of the power of this class is the pioneering, adventurous attitude of the participants. No worries if you missed this year; we'll do it again in 2016. It's a great opportunity to engage the raw, primary substance of the Akasha as new possibilities emerge. When the "call" comes, you'll know if it's right for you.

You are entitled to greater clarity, deeper insight, and applicable spiritual wisdom. Just ask! Here are some of my favorite questions, so helpful in resolving stubborn, limiting patterns!

Guided Practice in the Akashic Records
Open Your Records
- Describe an undesirable pattern of behavior. What do you do or not do? What happens? Why is this upsetting to you?
- Ask for guidance and insight about the origin of this pattern. When (this life or another), Where, Why?
- What was happening that inspired you to adopt this pattern? Remember, you only selected it because it was your best idea at the time. How did it help you?
- When did this pattern become a problem for you? Describe the ways in which you find it troublesome.
- Ask for guidance. How can I love and respect myself while I have this pattern?
- Ask for assistance. Help me to extend kindness and dignity to myself while I still have this pattern. Now, please.
- Help me to experience understanding, patience, and acceptance for myself, just the way I am.
Close Your Records
Within the Akashic Records, release is facilitated by acceptance. A paradox, but it works. Give it a try!
