Welcome Salma
Please help us welcome Salma Begum as the newest member of the Munjal White team.  Her title is Client Technical Services and Support Analyst, but that really doesn't tell you much.

Salma has a depth of technical experience that is very welcome at Munjal White.  She has worked with other ERP products, provided support to large and small client organizations, and has technical skills in Crystal Reports, VB scripting, SQL, and other programming languages.

Salma will be providing first line support for our clients and will be a key resource in report writing, scripting, and general technical assistance.

Sage 100 2013 (or MAS 90 / 200 v5.0)  

Sage 100 ERP 2013 was released in mid December.  Below is a brief summary of some of the features of this exciting release
  • Expanded Accounts Payable invoice number (now up to 20 characters in length)
  • Mark a Customer or Vendor as Inactive; lookup lists can be globally changed to exclude inactive customers or vendors
  • Compatible with 64-bit version of Microsoft Office
  • View cleared cheques in Vendor Maintenance
  • Credit card information stored in Sage Exchange Vault
  • Integrate more than 1 Sage 100 company with a single SageCRM database
  • Use Quick Order Entry in SageCRM to enter or edit sales orders and quotes
  • Item Inquiry now shows Quantity Detail on the main panel
  • Paperless Office enhancements - ability to use SMTP authentication, including TLS and SSL
  • Use and design Interactive Workflow Diagrams for Completing Tasks (Visual Process Flows)

As with any new release, we ask you to wait for a bit before installing this version.  We are planning to hold a users' group in the early Spring to review this version and discuss other efficiencies you can bring to your business using Sage 100.  Look out for the date in a future newsletter.
