NEW ADF105™
Automatic Dewar Filling Station
Chart's ADF105™ Station is a manual start, automatic shut-off liquid nitrogen dewar filling station for standard (160-240 liter) Liquid Cylinders at the end-user's site.
The Station uses cryogenic sensors to detect a "full" condition. Once full, the dual cryogenic valves shut off the fill cycle, maintaining the fill pressure inside the liquid cylinder. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor installations and is designed to fill portable, low-pressure (max 25 psi) liquid nitrogen cylinders from a piping system or a bulk tank.
The ADF105™ Station has a small footprint with easy, single-button operation, and a vent safety interlock. The benefits of this unit include:

NEW Whisper Valve® Accessory
for Use with Liquid Cylinder Systems
Chart is pleased to offer the Whisper Valve® as a solution for reducing the decibel level of venting relief valves on Chart's Liquid Cylinders to 40 to 50 dB.
This accessory is especially useful in locations where the sound of cylinder pressure relief can startle personnel or visitors.
The Whisper Valve® can be purchased for Nitrogen, Argon, or Oxygen use. [Please note that the valves for Oxygen use have unique part numbers.]
