The Liquid Nitrogen Dosing products deliver precise quantities of liquid nitrogen into a product package at factory line speeds of up to 2,000 containers per minute!  Two such applications of LN2 dosing are: (a) an alternative to traditional Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) or (b) to pressurize water or non-carbonated beverage containers for the purpose of light-weighting plastic bottles, saving money on the amount of plastic required.
