 Mark Kenney is the new Director of Sales - Engineered Systems for Chart D&S. Mark has 15 years of gas industry experience and is a welcome addition to the D&S sales management team! He will office out of his home in North Carolina.

WARREN PRICE
 Warren Price has moved into the position of Airgas Western Region Sales Manager. Warren has 28 years experience in gas industry sales, and an intimate knowledge of the Chart MicroBulk products and markets. He has been with Chart for the last six years, and will continue to work out of his home office in Tulsa. |
ALEX PRIETO
 Alex Prieto has recently accepted the role of Sales Manager - Mexico for the Chart D&S Group and will be transitioning to this position during the coming year as Victor Camacho, our current Sales Manager for the region, prepares for his retirement. Alex brings to this new position his experience as a key member of the Latin America customer service team for the past five years. He will office out of the Chart New Prague facility.

Chart's Newest Innovations
In the Chart Booth at the recent Fabtech Show in Las Vegas we featured the following Chart product innovations:
Pro V8 Manifold Programmable LC Manifold System
The Pro V8 is a system designed to manifold together up to eight liquid cylinders of the same pressure rating for continuous gas flow (230 MP, 350 HP, or 500 laser psi). The cylinders are connected, four to a side, with flexible hoses. When the primary bank begins to empty, the PLC controller switches to the other bank, and back and forth, to maximize the gas output from all cylinders, minimizing residual product loss. A steel frame houses all components for ease of transportation, and can fit in the back of a pickup truck and through a 34" doorway. This is a solution for accounts which require consistent gas supply in permanent or temporary applications requiring pressures up to 450 psig and flow rates up to 2200 SCFH. Trifecta® X10-600 Laser Assist Gas Supply System
This expansion model to Chart's Trifecta X-Series is the preferred solution for continuous laser assist gases for delivery pressures up to 550 psig and flow rates up to 10000 SCFH. Drawing liquid from a standard bulk tank, it boosts the liquid pressure by alternately feeding two liquid cylinders equipped with multi-function pressure building vaporizers. BulkLiteTM 1400 Compact Horizontal Bulk Storage Tank
The BulkLite 1400 is for oxygen, argon, and nitrogen service, and is configured in a compact design to be installed on common precast concrete foundations, asphalt, or directly onto Class 5 gravel. The unit also has integrated fork channels for easy mobility without an overhead crane and can be filled from a standard transport or an Orca MicroBulk delivery system. Perma-Cyl® 450 ZX VHP MicroBulk Storage Tank
The latest addition to the Perma-Cyl series, the Perma-Cyl 450 ZX VHP, is designed with a rugged internal support system for full-of-liquid mobility with an overhead crane or forklift. It features an internal float and spray system for single-hose auto shut-off with the Orca delivery unit. This model is rated at a flow rate of 2000 SCFH while sustaining 420 to 450 psig. Automated Shipment Notification
for Chart Customers
Chart is pleased to announce Automated Shipment Notification (ASN), a new communication tool for our Industrial and Biomed customers. Within the next few weeks, our customers will start receiving, by email, an ASN when their ordered product has been shipped from the Chart factory. The ASN will provide the customer with details that include the item number, their PO number, the carrier's name, and the tracking number, so they will be able to track the shipment directly with the carrier.

Ground Breaking at New Prague, MN, Facility
On October 15, 2012, Chart held the ground-breaking ceremony for the $23 million expansion of their New Prague, Minnesota, facility. For this expansion, Chart purchased 24.5 acres of land to build a new 111,525 square foot manufacturing plant. This facility will be located adjacent to the existing New Prague plant and should be ready to fill industrial customer orders by the second quarter of 2013.

Chart Completes First U.S. Industrial LNG Regasification Project
Recently, Chart's Engineered Systems Group designed and oversaw the installation of a LNG regasification system in Northeast Maine. The system consisted of two 15,000 gallon vertical tanks, an offload pump, a vaporization unit, final line regulation, and a controls package for both the filling of the tanks and the pressure into the customer's plant.
This system was designed to accommodate a maximum flow of 70,000 SCFH and replace the end-user's use of fuel oil in their boilers, resulting in considerable savings for them in fuel cost. The system is also set up so that the gas supplier, headquartered in Ohio, can monitor it remotely and set up timely LNG deliveries. The Chart Engineered Systems Group is fielding multiple new system requests in locations where a natural gas pipeline is not available, and the price of natural gas remains competitive with other fuels.
