Getting Involved: College Clubs
On a commuter campus, it's easy to just drive to campus for classes and never really connect with other students or feel like you're a part of the campus community.  I encourage each of you to find get involved on campus and truly become a Fullerton College Hornet while you're here.  Join the  Speech and Debate Team, work on The Hornet, or find a student club that interests you.   Get involved!

All of our honors students should consider joining one or both of our campus Honor Societies: Alpha Gamma Sigma (AGS) and Phi Theta Kappa (PTK).  They offer students the opportunity to display leadership, community service, and fellowship among other dedicated students.  There are scholarships available from each honors society.

Getting Involved: Associated Students

Associated Students on a college campus is very different than the high school ASB.  Fullerton College has a structure of shared governance which means that students are represented not just in their own student government, but also on campus and district committees including Curriculum, Budget, Planning, and hiring committees for campus administrators.  You have the chance to serve on committees with faculty, staff, and administrators.  It's a great opportunity to expand your experiences, learn more about the college, and make a difference.

Meetings: Tuesdays at 1:30 p.m., Room 227

Stop by and see how you can get involved.
