Well folks, it's Turkey time in Tennessee. I keep looking out the back windows to see if we can see any wild turkeys grazing around but no luck as of yet. A month ago, they were everywhere! Even so, I reckon we'll do the same as every year and get our Butterball from the grocery store. Now, the decision whether to deep fry or to just put it in the oven. Cooking for family is a favorite of mine. However, the clean-up afterwards isn't!
