Greetings!
I love crocuses, hyacinths, and daffodils! . I know that sounds like a strange way to start off this month's newsletter, but it's one of the first things I think of when Spring starts creeping around the corner. I love the dew on the grass, the chill in the air as the sun first cracks over the horizon, holding a steaming cup of coffee as I head over to the office to start the day... but the spring flowers peeking up are my favorite. It's the little things, after all, that make life worthwhile.
February was a hard month for all of us around here with the flu and other ailments, but I'm happy that I am able to report.. All are well and on the road to recovery! I hope that everyone has faired well. I appreciate your prayers and heartfelt wishes throughout this past month. We've got two new releases, a great contest this month, and a new boxed set out on Amazon available for pre-ordering. So much to be excited about - you keep us busy and we love it!
March is going to be a wonderful month with St. Patrick's Day, the first day of Spring, Palm Sunday, Passover, Good Friday and ending with Easter Sunday. As busy a month as it is going to be, stop and take time to enjoy the renewal of the land. and the spring flowers!
God Bless and until next month, keep your powder dry.

Support Your Local Deputy
Doubtful's got a new deputy... for the moment.
Welcome to the peaceful little town of Doubtful, Wyoming, which has more than its fair share of kill-crazy gunslicks, back-shooters, and flat-out dirty desperadoes. It also has a sheriff named Cotton Pickens, who tries his best to keep law and order without getting his head blown off before breakfast.
Cotton Pickens got where he is by virtue of a quick draw and slow wit. He knows the difference between lawbreakers you have to lock up...and the kind you might as well just let go. Deputy Rusty Irons, though, ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. Someone kidnapped Rusty's mail order brides. They were probably doing Irons a favor, but a deputy in love is blind.
As for the carny barkers, medicine show con artists and revival-meeting fly-by-nighters who pass through Doubtful...Cotton just tries to keep the traveling hucksters moving. But in one terrible moment it all goes to hell. That's when Doubtful explodes in a frenzy of killing and bloodshed. That's when a lawman like Cotton earns his pay by looking evil straight in the eye. Of course, there's also the matter of keeping his new deputy alive and in one piece.

The Brothers O'Brien
The Killing Season
William Johnstone brings us a gripping story of how both friendship and loyalty and excellent gunmanship can triumph over piracy and greed.Colonel Shamus O'Brien and Luther Ironside have known each other longer than most marriages last. In fact, Luther has even helped raise the Colonel's four sons, teaching them everything they know about fighting, shooting, whiskey, and women. When called upon for help, the men head off to the town of Recoil to help the Sheriff get to the bottom of the mysterious Nightriders who are terrorising the town. Once there they meet the 'Fighting Pinkerton' Dallas Steel - he may dress like a dandy but he is a crack shot and a doggedinvestigator and, oh yes, he knows the Colonel's son Jacob well.Together, these men are sworn to get to the bottom of the mystery of the Nightriders and a missing payroll wagon of gold. Not to mention they're about to go up against the English pirate Nate Condor. The story is fast paced; full of everything we love about the O'Briens and ably explores the often humorous relationship between the characters. Sit back, put your feet up and enjoy.... Thank you for the great review, G. Mack
