MERRY CHRISTMAS AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT IN 2014

Dear ,

As 2014 draws to a close, I hope that you can enjoy the end of a year that has provided you with more highlights than challenges and during which you have grown as an individual, taken a step towards your professional goals and smiled more than you have frowned.

Looking back, it has been a challenging year for us but not one without its highlights.

As you have probably noticed, travel has been an overriding theme of this year, with memorable trips to Stockholm, Johannesburg, Siberia, Tehran, Jersey, Sofia, Chicago and Dublin. As well as the challenge of learning about different cultures and working with new audiences, I have left everywhere with relationships with new friends; friendships I'm delighted to carry forward into 2015 and beyond.

On the domestic front, we have had a much quieter year than the previous three or four. Restructuring in client organisations hit us hard around this time last year and it took me a while to respond appropriately. But, when I really needed them, my close network rallied to kick me firmly and squarely in my rear end and helped us to refocus and work to replace the lost business.

The New Year already looks brighter and I'm looking forward to new adventures, as well as finally launching our online learning programmes. With new team members on board to develop the online learning, I am very excited about what 2015 has to offer.

We'll be continuing with Connecting is not Enough in the New Year, thank you for all your support and feedback to date. And keep your eyes peeled for some new resources coming your way soon.

There are no networking tips or videos this time out, but I can't leave you without a final, seasonal 'Just for Fun'. One of my biggest joys is great music and going to concerts. On Tuesday night I went to see the wonderful Chrissie Hynde perform and she has just released her own solo version of The Pretenders' classic Christmas hit, 2000 Miles. So sit back and enjoy...

In the meantime, enjoy the holidays, take a well-earned break and may next year bring everything that you could possibly wish for.

Merry Christmas,

Andy
