Time to Uncap a Winter Warmer

With the winter weather turning chilly, it's a perfect time to uncap some winter warmers. These rich, full-bodied, and spiced brews are perfect for sipping alongside a toasty fire and ringing in the holidays with friends. Draeger's has a complete selection of the best of both local and imported brews for your holiday enjoyment.

We recommend storing the Belgian beers at room temperature, and chill them for about 30 minutes prior to serving to neutralize the yeast. The American beers are typically served cold.

Prices effective through January 5, 2016.
Anderson Valley Winter Solstice

The taste of winter! Anderson Valley managed to bottle cinnamon, nutmeg, cherry, and vanilla hints together in this lovely brew. Light-bodied and smooth, with a faint hint of warming alcohol. Anderson Valley Bourbon Barrel Stout

This beer is amazing! Deep black in color, with lovely tan head. Incredibly delicious roasted malt balanced by cocoa nibs and vanilla. The Wild Turkey Bourbon barrel flavor really comes through in the body of this gorgeous stout. Smooth, rich and creamy. This is a nice change from the sweeter winter warmers, especially for bourbon fans.

Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale

Famous for its intense citrus and pine aromas, Sierra Nevada Celebration is bold and intense, featuring Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. A taste of toasted malt with just a thin slice of chocolate and Christmas spice, it is round yet complex with medium-full body and medium-high carbonation. A holiday favorite!

Anchor Steam Special (Christmas) Ale
2015 Magnum

Christmas in a bottle! This 41st anniversary year, Anchor has outdone themselves! The 2015 Christmas Ale is a nod to early Christmas Ale recipes when the malt flavors were more pronounced. As a result, the beer has fruity and roasted malt notes accompanied by a Christmas tree aroma and smooth, chocolate-like texture.

Deschutes Jubelale

Mild, earthy, and herbal hops sit atop a slightly toasted malt body. Touches of mocha, chestnut, and pine round out the light body and compliment a toasty backbone. Slightly more assertive hops than are found stylistically, Deschutes Jubelale is a welcome addition to the winter warmer family!

Delirium Noel

Delirium Noël opens
initially to wafts of cotton candy and candied sugar which fades quickly to reveal a rich, strong Belgian ale, ripe with dark fruits. The first notes are fruity and spicy, with a cinnamon raisin edge. Fruit esters mingle with cloves and peppery spices to round out this classic brew. Heavy brown sugars are present, followed by deep bready notes. Medium to heavy body, with champagne-like carbonation. What a Christmas treat!

$13.99 /750ml. +CRV
Gouden Carolus Noel Ale

Notes of Christmas spice include cinnamon, nutmeg, anise and licorice. The medium body and low carbonation blend well with the biscuit malt and dark fruits. Flavors of raisin and prune engulf the light spice flavors to linger smooth and warm on the tongue. This beer has just enough bitterness on the finish to keep the dark fruits from becoming cloyingly sweet. A wonderful, rich holiday brew!
