Chef Tribute Series: Marcella Hazan (demo)
Linda Carucci
Linda Carucci is an award-winning culinary instructor and cookbook author. She wrote Cooking School Secrets for Real World Cooks, which was honored as a finalist for a James Beard cookbook award and for the IACP Julia Child First Book Award. From 2007 to 2011 she was the inaugural chef director at The Art Institute of California, San Francisco and prior to that she served as the first Julia Child director of culinary programs at COPIA in Napa Valley. In 2002 she received the honor of the IACP Cooking Teacher of the Year. In 2014 she was presented the Lifetime Achievement award by the San Francisco Professional Food Society.

George Geary
George Geary, a former pastry chef for the Walt Disney Company, brings humor, energy and experience to everything he does, whether it be a cooking class, demonstration or appearance. In many cases, the certified culinary professional also brings dessert! George has eight cookbooks to his name including 500 Best Sauces, Salad Dressings and More, The Cheesecake Bible, The Complete Baking Cookbook, 125 Best Food Processor Recipes, 125 Best Biscuit Mix Recipes, 650 Best Food Processor Recipes, and 125 Best Cheesecake Recipes.

In addition to writing books and magazine articles, George teaches cooking classes around the US, Canada, Mexico, and internationally. He also leads mouth-watering culinary tours around the world, introducing fellow "foodies" to some of our most celebrated gourmet destinations. George lives in Corona, California.

Joyce Jue
Joyce Jue has written several books, including the IACP award-winning Savoring Southeast Asia. She also contributes to the San Francisco Chronicle, Food & Wine and other publications. She was a founder of the Bangkok Oriental Hotel's Thai Cooking School.
