These rich, full-bodied, and spiced brews are perfect for sipping alongside a toasty fire or ringing in the holidays with friends. Store Belgian beers at room temperature and chill for about 10 minutes prior to serving to help neutralize the yeast. American beers are typically served cold. Gouden Carolus Noel Ale
A medium body and medium carbonation blend well with roasted malt and dark fruit flavors. Smooth and warm nutmeg, licorice and anise spices rise to the tongue. This ale has just enough bitterness on the finish to keep the dark fruits from becoming cloyingly sweet. A great holiday beer!
