Deborah Dal Fovo
Deborah Dal Fovo is an accomplished chef, cooking instructor and authority on the fine art of Italian living. She mastered her culinary education hands-on while living in Italy for 20 years and training at Master Chef Roger Verge's legendary cooking school in France. Currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Deborah shares her vast European experience by working as a private chef, cooking instructor, Italian food and lifestyle expert, and enthusiastic Italian ambassador of good taste. She appears frequently as guest chef on television shows and is writing a cookbook and developing her own cooking show concept.

Saira Paulose

Saira Paulose
A native of India's coastal state of Kerala, Saira started her culinary experiments in her mother's kitchen. After relocating to the United States, she decided to follow her passions for food and photography. Her primary focus is the cuisine from southern India, which she has adapted to meet modern techniques.
