Andrew Feinberg and Francine Stephens are the owners of Franny's, a pioneer of Brooklyn's artisanal food culture and one of Newsweek's "101 Best Places to Eat in the World," as well as Bklyn Larder and the soon-to-open Marco's in Park Slope, Brooklyn. They live in Brooklyn, New York, with their two children, Prue and Marco. Their first book is Franny's: Simple Seasonal Italian

Amy Fothergill is a cooking instructor, blogger and consultant. Trained at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, she has over 25 years of experience in restaurants, catering and family cooking. The Warm Kitchen is her new cookbook coming out this fall.

Joanne Weir
Joanne Weir is a James Beard award-winning cookbook author, cooking teacher, chef and host of the popular PBS series Joanne Weir's Cooking Class and Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence. She has written 20 cookbooks, including Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence, Wine Country Cooking and Tequila. Joanne is a partner at Copita Tequileria y Comida in Sausalito and launched Joanne Weir Wines in 2011.

Maria Capedeville
Maria Capdevielle is a classically trained pastry chef from Abruzzo, Italy, and the author of My Sweet Abruzzo. She is the consulting pastry chef at V. Sattui in Santa Helena. Her local restaurant experience includes San Francisco's Rose Pistola, The Townhouse Grill & Restaurant in Emeryville and Chez Panisse in Berkeley.
