Supreme Brie
Imported from France
Supreme Brie hails from the Burgundy Region of France. From its beginning in 1926 when Francois Paul-Renard and his father started a small cheese dairy in an old windmill and created a production process that allows for perfect maturing of packaged cheese, Supreme des Ducs Brie is now internationally acclaimed as the finest brie made.
Made from cow's milk, Supreme is soft ripened in a white rind. Enriched with crème fraiche, it's known not only for its smoothness and richness but also credited for being perfectly matured.
Supreme Brie can be decorated and eaten with fruit, nuts and preserves. The flavor is stunning with the tart tangerine. Serve with crackers or hearty breads and a glass of red wine.
Regular: $22.95 /lb. Sale: $16.95 /lb.
