Acacia 2011 Carneros Chardonnay
Appealing citrus-laced flavors of fresh and baked apple, ripe d'Anjou pear and white nectarine are punctuated by Meyer lemon zest, honeycomb, ginger spice and crème brûlée. Acacia's 2011 Chardonnay's luscious texture and bright, balanced acidity make it an ideal wine to pair with seafood, smoked chicken breast, and rich or creamy first courses and entrées.

Acacia 2011 Carneros Pinot Noir
Sourced from the cool, windswept Carneros region, Acacia's 2011 Pinot Noir has silky berry character, bright acidity and fine tannins. More aromas of blackberry, crushed herbs, oak and red fruits are effusive in the glass. The wine is moderated by the elegance of fine tannins - perfect for classic dishes like grilled Cornish Game Hen or grilled salmon with lemon butter and dill.
