Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you have ordered, so if you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us right away by phone or email. Many products can be returned or exchanged.

Most Special Order items can not be returned.  There are some exceptions,  but re-stocking fees may apply. If you are unsure, please contact us.

For hygienic reasons, Chanter Reeds and Drone Reeds are not eligible for return.  We want to ensure that our customers are getting new, clean, unused products.  We do not want to give customers second hand products, especially those that come into contact with the mouth.

If we were to take back a set of drone reeds, they would have to be completely stripped down, disinfected, and reassembled.  It is just as easy to make a new set of reeds.  Also, the packaging often needs to be replaced as well.

We do want you to be happy with your order, but we also have to look out for our other customers.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Scottish Humor

When God created Scotland, He looked down on it with great satisfaction. Finally he called the Archangel Gabriel to have a look.
'Just see," said God. "This is the best yet. Splendid mountains, beautiful scenery, brave men, fine women, nice cool weather. And I've given them beautiful music and a special drink called whisky. Try some."
Gabriel took an appreciative sip. "Excellent," he said. "But haven't you perhaps been too kind to them? Won't they be spoiled by all these things? Should there not be some drawback?"
'Just wait till you see the neighbours they're getting," said God.

Bagpiper Case

"This is a great-looking pipe bag that is very versatile. The quality looks very good and there are many unique features. I can fit my GHB and a set of smallpipes in with some room to spare. It great reduces the weight of carrying your kit and is good for travelling or even walking a few city blocks -- my wooden pipe major case is hard on the hands after two blocks.

That said, I can see use for both cases, the pipe major case providing the most reliable protection and the Bagpiper is the best for travelling, and hopefully, air travel."

"I received a Bagpiper Case from Rob in the spring, and I have never been happier. The case is sturdy, roomy, well made, and provides a good looking, secure mode of transportation for the pipes. I like that you can choose a backpack or shoulder carrying position, and the material and stitching is great quality. The best on the market."
