Our HQ Has Moved!
At the end of April we
migrated our central
infrastructure and our
headquarter location in
Harlan, IA to a new
building.
Our new Harlan office
address is 1110
Morningview Drive, Harlan,
IA 51537. No other
contact information has
changed. We would appreciate
it if you would make a note
of this change in your
records.
Thank you for bearing with
us and being understanding
during our move!
You can view pictures of our
new office over on our

Tips for using Outlook Calendar
by Rachel Stancliff, HTS
Like
most people at my company, I use
Outlook Calendar to remind
myself and everyone else (who
cares to know) when I am and am
not available. Outlook Calendar
is an invaluable tool if you're
in the habit of checking if
someone is available first
before you call them or send
them a meeting invite.
What are the basics of Outlook
Calendar? What do you need to
know to show if you’re free
during that task reminder or
busy during that two-hour
webinar? Can you add your own
reminders for personal events?
If I can do it – so can you!

Business Continuity
Tip:
Rivers on the Rise
The
Mississippi and countless other
Midwestern rivers are still
significantly above flood stage, spurred
by the heavy rain last week. Disasters
have been declared in half a dozen
states due to the deadly flooding that
swept away vehicles, submerged homes and
shut down bridges throughout the
Midwest. Click
here to view a current flood map.
And while the Mississippi River topped
out at some problematic spots on Monday,
river towns aren’t in the clear yet.
Forecasters are predicting another inch
or more of rain this week in addition to
heavy snow accumulations in the north.

tips on how to keep your business
afloat, download the

Flood Preparedness Checklist

before, during and after a flood.
