The space is already filling for this year's GBA Membership Showcase, Greenfield Brews 3. We'll be having a blast at the Arts Block with food, drink and info, music and friends. It'll be a relaxed and happy get-together, the perfect place to show yourself off.
It's all taking place on Thursday, March 27 from 5-7 p.m. at the Arts Block.
To reserve a space or get more information, email Caitlin or call 774.2791 by March 19. Space is limited and folks are signing on so don't get shut out!

The little e Is April 26 & 27!
We're busy ramping up for Franklin County's the little e, the excellent combo of home show and fiber fair with an emphasis on green products put on by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and the GBA. In addition to all the great vendors, we have a bunch of home & garden workshops and great activities for kids on both days, and the Franklin County Brewers' Sampling Tent on Saturday.
There's still plenty of time for you to get on board as a vendor! The early bird deadline for applications is March 14; sign up now and save 10%. You can read more about the little e at the website or download the application directly here. GBA and Chamber members get discounted rates.

If you've already been inside a green egg, you know it's a great way to promote your business. If you haven't, if you somehow haven't even heard of the GBA's green eggs, well, read on!
The green eggs promotion is something the GBA runs at the little e and SummerFest. Folks pay for a chance to win either $50 or $10 in Greenfield Dollars (we have eggs for adults and eggs for kids) and if they don't win the big prize, they win by getting some kind of coupon to your business. You decide what to offer - it can be a discount, a buy-one-get-one, a free item, whatever works for you. You provide us with at least 100 coupons and we make sure they get into the eggs.
The coupons you provide through the green egg program are a great way to get feet through your door and to raise awareness for your business.
For more info on the program or to let Caitlin know you're in, call 774.2791 or email.

Downtown Merchants & Restaurateurs
Have you seen a decline in foot traffic downtown in recent times? The Events Committee of the Greenfield Business Association would like to invite you to a meeting to share your ideas and hear ours about how to change this situation. We have been discussing the possibility of a monthly, early-evening event to encourage local shopping and dining.
You DO NOT have to be a member of the GBA in order to participate. We need everyone to pull together if we are to be successful in attracting customers and showcasing individual businesses. Please feel free to pass this information along; also, we'll be sending out an email soon to both members and non-members.
If you see a need to boost downtown traffic and to have some fun doing it, please join us for a meeting!
We are planning to gather at the Chamber/GBA office at 395 Main Street on Thursday, March 13. This could happen at 8 a.m. or 6:15 p.m. Please let us know your time preference by the end of next week and please bring your ideas to share.
Call or email Caitlin at the GBA at 774-2791 or gba@franklincc.org with your response. We hope to see you soon!
