But we'll provide much information to make all your arrangements
as smooth as possible.

It is our intention to create a global sisterhood of powerful women supporting each other not only during the retreat but before and after as well.
We will provide you with the info for you to share lodging, rental car, meals, etc..
Not only this is a way to create deep bonds and intimate friendships (while sharing expenses) but it is also our deep commitment to. protect Mother Earth.

Traveling to and from Sedona is an easy, beautiful adventure

Located two hours north of Phoenix, and 30 miles south of the Flagstaff peaks, Sedona's mild four-season climate and high desert terrain assure good year-round weather for vacationers and outdoor enthusiasts. Oak Creek Canyon, a spectacular 16-mile gorge with streams and waterfalls between sheer rock walls, beckons hikers, campers and fishermen. It has been termed by Rand McNally as one of the eight most scenic drives in America.
Sedona is located in Central Arizona in the Verde Valley, about 119 miles north of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (about 2 hours), 30 miles south of Flagstaff and 119 miles from the Grand Canyon South Rim ( 2.5 hours).


HOW TO GET TO SEDONA 

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)

Most Sedona visitors fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport because it is the closest major international airport to Sedona. It's the 11th busiest airport in the world with over 35 million visitors each year.

FROM PHOENIX TO SEDONA

FLY - Consider taking a flight to Sedona and land at one of the most picturesque airports  in the country!

DRIVE - If you're traveling by vehicle, consider taking State Route (SR) 179
which is designated as an All American Road by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), based on its natural, recreational and scenic qualities.
 

SHUTTLES

Arizona Shuttle

provides shuttle service between Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Sedona, Village of Oak Creek, Cottonwood, Mayer and Camp Verde.
We also offer Home Pickup and Drop Off by reservation around the Sedona area.

CAR RENTAL
Don't try to go without renting a car. Shuttles to Sedona from Phoenix and vice versa are a great way to get up and back, but Sedona is a city that's spread across 18 square miles with little to no public transportation options. Rent a car upon arrival at the airport or as soon as you arrive in Sedona.

You might want to compare the cost of renting at the airport and/or waiting until you get to Sedona. The airport tax may be as much as the shuttle service round-trip.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Option A:
  1. Take I-17 North / Flagstaff 98.4 Miles
  2. At exit 298, Exit Ramp 0.2 Milles
  3. Turn LEFT (West) onto SR-179 [FR-618 Rd] 0.1 Miles
  4. Keep STRAIGHT onto SR-179 14.2 Miles
  5. Turn RIGHT (East) onto SR-89A [N HWY-89A] 0.2 Miles

 Option B:

  1. Take I-17 North / Flagstaff
  2. At exit 287, Turn LEFT onto AZ-260 west toward 89A
  3. Turn right on AZ-89A and continue into Sedona, Arizona
Take I-17 north toward Flagstaff 98.4 miles. Take exit 298 and turn left onto State Route 179. Travel on Highway 179 14.2 miles to State Route 89A. The intersection of Hwy 179 and Hwy 89A is known as the "Y." Many Sedona attractions, shopping, lodging and other business refer to the "Y" as a point of reference.

1 BR Condos at 800 sq ft with full kitchen plus washer/dryer
that sleep up to four ~ $765.00

2 BR Condos at 1,270 sq ft with full kitchen plus washer/dryer
that sleep up to 8 ~ $1,175.00.  This is a combination of a 1 BR plus Studio.

Trip Insurance - We highly recommend Trip Insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.
