Meet Leadership Mountain View's Class of 2013

September 21st marked the first program day for Leadership Mountain View's Class of 2013.
Hosted at Microsoft, the class engaged in a full day of exploring leadership traits as well as team building exercises. The class was welcomed by Vice Mayor John Inks, LMV Council Chair Leane Reelfs, Chamber President and CEO Oscar Garcia and Microsoft's Employee Programs Manager Lisa Marie Carlson.

Mountain View Wants to Hear from You - City's Web Survey

The City of Mountain View wants to hear from residents, businesses, and visitors regarding how to make the City's website better for you! Comments are sought through the end of November 2012. It is simple and easy-to take a short survey available on the City's website or send an email with your comments or suggestions.
One of the City Council's top goals for this fiscal year is to complete a web site redesign that will integrate a new look, feel and concept for the City's web page. The goal is to upgrade the design and flow of information-aiming to increase usability for web site users-like you!

The Caltrain Holiday Train is Back!

It's never too early to get into the Holiday Spirit. The Caltrain Holiday Train, thanks to the generous support of Silicon Valley Community Foundation, is back this year after a two-year hiatus. Northern California's largest toy train will visit selected stations to collect toys for good little boys and girls Dec. 1 and 2.
Santa's helpers can get a jump on the giving season by visiting the new Caltrain Holiday Train website: www.holiday-train.org. Individuals and institutions can support the event by making a donation on the website or sign up to be a volunteer. Learn more.
