Parking Restrictions & Street Closures:
Parking and vehicle restrictions will be in-place in parts of Downtown Boston starting this Saturday in advance of Marathon Monday. Please click here for a full list of parking restrictions and street closures in Boston relating to Marathon Monday. From 5 am-indefinitely on Marathon Monday, there will be several street closures in Downtown Boston: - Tremont Street (from Court to Boylston)
- Avery Street (from Washington to Tremont)
- West Street (from Washington to Tremont)
- Temple Place (from Washington to Tremont)
- Winter Street (from Washington to Tremont)
- Park Street (from Beacon to Tremont)
- Bromfield Street (from Washington to Tremont)
- Beacon Street (from Somerset to Tremont)
- Cambridge Street (inbound, from New Sudbury to Tremont)
- Boylston Street (from Hereford to Arlington)
MBTA:
The Boston Transportation Department strongly recommends that the public use the MBTA to travel to-and-from Boston on Marathon Weekend and Marathon Monday. Detailed information on traveling by MBTA--including temporary MBTA station closures and changes to bus schedules--can be found in www.MBTA.com/events.

Downtown Boston BID:Numerous BID Clean & Hospitality Ambassadors will be on-duty in downtown during Marathon Monday, with many deployed along Tremont Street to help with Marathon-related congestion.
