"BIDs Making A Difference": BSA Event At Webster BankDowntown Boston BID President Rosemarie Sansone will join Paul Levy, CEO of Center City Philadelphia, and Frank LaTorre, President of the Providence Downtown Improvement District, for the lecture " Downtown Business Improvement Districts Making A Difference." The lecture will take place Thursday, February 21st, at 6:30 pm, at Webster Bank (100 Franklin St.). The event is part of the BSA's 2013 Urban Design Committee Schedule. 2012 RESIS Downtown Condo Report
RESIS, a Boston-based firm real estate firm, has released its 2012 condominium report for the Downtown Boston market (PDF takes a few moments to upload). Among the highlights: - Although the Downtown area represents 4% of all Boston condo sales, 13% of million-dollar sales occurred in the neighborhood.
- Of all Downtown condo sales, 44% are
$1 million or higher (in comparison, Back Bay is 35%; Beacon Hill, 19%).

"Servant Of Two Masters" Opens
The Paramount Center kicks off its 2013 performance season with "The Servant Of Two Masters," a zany screwball comedy that opens this Tuesday, January 29th for a two-week run.
Directed by Christopher Bayes, the production is hailed by the New York Times for how it "revels in the transformative power of theater."

Silvertone Hosting LUPEC's "Snow Ball"
LUPEC, the cocktail enthusiasts' organization, is throwing its 2nd Annual "Snow Ball" at Silvertone next Monday, February 4th.
Described as an "Under the Sea"-style prom, the event is a fundraiser for two women's charities: On The Rise and The Breast Cancer Fund. Enjoy a night beneath the sea for a good cause!

Artists Crossing's Reopening Party
To celebrate its new location at 50 Franklin St., Artists Crossing is hosting a "reopening" party Thursday, January 31st, at 5 pm.
