I hope you have had a good start to the year 2016 and are keeping your body and health a priority. This months newsletter will hopefully help you in that regard with many informative and useful articles. First I have a running warm-up and cool-down to help your running be pain free. This routine is very effective for using before walking and hiking also. The next article is about 10 things that cause posture imbalances and pain. For each cause of imbalance I offer a "fix". Let me know how they work!
This month I feature the Egoscue and yoga exercise called Cats & Dogs and explain why, when, and how to do it. If you don't already do Cats & Dogs regularly, I would highly encourage you to try it for a week. Lastly, I have a 14-minute Strong and Lean workout for those looking to keep their New Years Resolutions to get in shape going.
