The Magic of Motion
Rediscover the power of movement

"I love to watch children play. What a blur! Wiggle, crawl, stretch, run, dance, kick, prance, leap, bounce, roll, pounce, waddle, shimmy, and shake. Go here, go there, and then come back again on tiptoe. Hop like a frog, gallop like a horse, spin like a top.

Motion is a magic potion, an elixir. Young children crave it and literally can't get too much of it." - Pete Egoscue, Pain Free for Women

Most of us experienced this joy of movement as children, but many of us have lost it since then and many children grow up today without ever really developing a love of active play. As research has proven, exercise is the miracle drug that treats and prevents almost every chronic disease and ailment from anxiety, depression, heart disease, diabetes, low libido, arthritis, and even cancer.

Here are the stories of two very different clients, an 8 year old girl who's finding running awkward and off balance, and an older woman with severe hip osteoarthritis, who both find pain relief from rediscovering the magic of motion in the form of bear crawls. Read their stories here.

Breaking Down Barriers to Health
Trust your intuition over an experts advice

Have you ever been told:

"Don't twist, it's bad for your back."

"Keep your abdominals pulled in and tight all the time."

"Don't arch your back."

"Don't lie on your stomach."

While this advice has good intentions the results of following this advice is almost always negative. Why? Because following the advice above is limiting the very thing your body needs: motion. We are trained to listen to advice experts give us and often do so while disregarding what our intuition is telling us.

I helped one woman let go of her fear and start listening to what her body was telling her. She broke all the "rules" she'd been told to follow and instead listened to her intuition and the results are amazing. Read her story here.
