As of February 8, 2017, All Developments which have an outstanding HOME and/or Tax Credit Assistance Program Loan from AHFA are required to attain the Loan Confirmation from AHFA DMS Authority Online .  Instructions to complete this process are provided here and will be available on the AHFA website .  

Please note that Developments which only received HOME Funds from AHFA or have a loan which has matured (e.g., have/have not applied for an Extension, received an Extension Commitment, or Closed an Extension of their Loan) must contact AHFA for Loan Confirmation.
