Grant funding is available for your affordable housing project
FHLBank Atlanta's 2017 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Competitive will award up to $500,000 per project to the Bank's member financial institutions and their community housing partners for the acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, and development of affordable rental and ownership housing. Nonprofit and for profit developers, public entities, community builders, and others involved in affordable housing are encouraged to apply!
Applications for the 2017 AHP Competitive will be available beginning January 3, 2017. The deadline for submitting applications is February 2, 2017.

Other Important Information
Applicants must work with an FHLBank Atlanta member financial institution to complete the AHP application and should review the AHP Implementation Plan for requirements. Those who are new to the AHP must complete a one-time registration before applying for funding. Sponsors that have registered in previous years do not need to register again.
