REMINDER


Public Comments are being accepted on the 2017 HOME and HC Plans until November 10, 2016.  Plan Comments should be in statement form (no questions) and submitted using the 2017 Public Comment Form to ahfa.mf.qap@AHFA.com. All comments and AHFA responses will be published on www.ahfa.com as part of the Public Participation Process.


Questions or comments regarding the 2017 Application Forms Package may be sent via email to ahfa.mf.general@AHFA.com. Questions or comments regarding the 2017 CHDO Certification Application may be sent via email to ahfa.mf.chdo@AHFA.com. These questions/comments are not part of the Public Participation Process, and do not require the use of the Public Comment Form. Input on these documents will help AHFA to clarify the application process and prepare revisions to the application as appropriate.


Please note: Any comments submitted on the 2017 Public Comment Form containing questions or comments regarding either the Application Forms or the CHDO Certification Application will be returned to the sender for revision.
