ServiSolutions Operations Uninterrupted
by Federal Government Shutdown

ServiSolutions will continue to purchase FHA and VA loans that have been insured/guaranteed, despite the government shutdown.

We will also continue to purchase FHA and VA loans that have NOT been subject to such insurance/guarantees provided that the lender understands that failure to obtain such will require an automatic repurchase. Lenders: please note that you have 120 days from closing to secure the mortgage insurance.
