Meeting Wisdom

People that know me know that I believe in starting meetings on time. People are giving up valuable time out of their working day for the meeting. Meetings should start on time and not go late. If you cannot finish your meeting on time, you should schedule another (this incidentally, is a great motivator for people to get to the point and address the issue at hand).

It's a simple rule to live by, and people will truly appreciate it.  Next time you are Chair of a meeting, start and end your meetings on time.  You'll get a good reputation for it!!
