I have a real passion for and commitment to continuous improvement. I get energized when I see improvements in our ways of working at the office. I encourage new ways of doing things on a regular basis. Continuous improvement goes hand in had with continuous learning.

There are several ways that a culture of continuous learnings can be implemented in your workplace. Here are just a few:

• Distribute books to read: order a business book for everyone on your team, learning as a team will keep everyone on the same page and moving forward.
• Monthly lunch and learns: ask someone on the team to research a topic relevant to your business and present to the team, order food in from somewhere new.
• Weekly email: send an email to the team celebrating an improvement, some neat research, or celebrating an achievement.
