Gratitude
at Work ~ End each day with it
Try ending each work day with a gratitude. Post a white board where colleagues can see it and encourage everyone to post a gratitude before they leave for the day. It might be something small like your yummy lunch or as huge as a million dollar deal. Once the white board gets crowded, erase to make room for new gratitudes. What are you grateful for today? Whatever it is, write it down. A grateful person is more likely to experience a happy day.
