Winter-proof your skin
 
As daylight shortens, we tend to neglect our skin perhaps because we believe that our skin is less directly exposed to the elements. 
 
In truth, ultraviolet exposure is a year round reality and sunscreen is needed even in the winter months. 
 
In addition, turning up the heaters will dry out our skin causing it to look dull and dehydrated.
Therefore it is crucial to stay well hydrated (not with alcohol) and optimise your daily skin care.
