Greetings Fellow Healer,

A Pause for Thanks Giving...


My message each month is intended to attend to you and remind and encourage you to take care of you, the person who embodies the healer that you are.

Even as we take time this Holiday to pause to offer gratitude in our lives, I want to pause and express gratitude to you for all that you do for the many individuals and families you touch and serve as a Healer, a Mental Health and Healthcare Professional, an Educator, a Minister or Spiritual Director, and a fellow human being in this world.  In this larger community of humanity that our world holds, your efforts matter.


On a personal note, I want to thank you for meeting me each month to read, view, and share The Healer's Life! Newsletter and Video.   Some of you have also invited me into your organization to speak or train your community or write for your member publication, or refer for consultation or psychotherapy.  Thank you for inviting me into the communities you serve.  Thank you for welcoming my written expression in your newsletters, magazines, and journals.  Thank you for trusting me with your care.  I am always honored when you extend your trust to me in this manner.  


In a phrase, you Oh Healer, are truly amazing.

Yoga Class Tips:
  • If you are new to Yoga: Attend a Beginner to Level 1 class only and tell the instructor you are new to yoga.
  • ALWAYS with a new instructor or a new class: Tell the Instructor your level of experience.
  • If you experience PAIN: STOP! ALWAYS tell the instructor if you experience any pain.
  • Try a Gentle or Restorative Class.
  • Try a Flow Class.
  • Experiment with types and schools of yoga: Hatha, Iyengar, Viniyoga, etc.
