When classes are in session during the fall and spring terms, the United community worships together on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Bigelow Chapel, at 11:35 a.m.  All are welcome; please join us! 

Context Caf�  

Welcome to Summer Session, everyone!

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options will always be available.
 
In addition to the  regular menu, Chef Amy will have food to go available for students who are taking evening classes and want to eat before or during class.

CONTEXT CAFE SUMMER HOURS
When classes are in session during the academic year, the Context Caf� will serve meals according to the following schedule:
 
Tuesday, Thursday
Lunch:  
12:00 - 1:30 PM

Tuesday, Thursday
Dinner: 4:30-5:30 PM

CLOSED FRIDAY

During the mid-afternoon break on days when there are classes, there homemade desserts and/or snacks will be available for purchase.

   
On days when the hybrid classes meet, Chef Amy will have Grab-n-Go meals in the cooler for lunch. Prices will be posted, along with instructions about where to leave your payment.

Job Announcement: Director of Faith Formation

Lynnhurst UCC, a small progressive church in SW Minneapolis, is looking for a Director of Faith Formation. The position will be responsible for the faith-based learning and engagement of the church's children, youth and families and coordination of some intergenerational activities. Applicants should have experience working with children and youth through high school age and have a passion for educating children and youth in the UCC values. 

 

The position requires excellent planning and organizational skills and a flexible schedule. It is a 10 month, half- time position (20 hours per week; mid-August through mid-June). Pizza oven pizzas  

Community Pizza Nights 

All! Summer! Long!

It's time for another Community Pizza Night!!  This ongoing series is held on United's campus grounds, so stop by to relax with neighbors and friends and eat some delicious, hot-from-the-brick-oven pizza. Rain or shine; indoor or outdoor table setting. Or bring a blanket for a picnic!

 

Choose your own toppings for a 10" pizza, plus salad, fruit and dessert. Water, lemonade, and United's own homebrewed "Honey in the Rock" Porter provided.  $10 per plate. $7 for a single pizza with no sides. Cash only, please!
