Special Announcement from Julie Brown

Dear United Alums,

I plan to retire from United Theological Seminary on June 30 as an officer of the seminary and former director of development. United is conducting a search to hire a new vice president for advancement and development director. The seminary will keep you apprised of their new staff.

Getting to know many of you during my 13-year tenure has been a wonderful experience. I have been blessed with your friendship and have always been in awe at the self-less and generous commitments you have made in your ministries.

Thank you for the many generous ways you demonstrate your commitment and love for United. I will miss you but know you will carry on with your meaningful life changing work. This is a pivotal time for the seminary as it boldly develops new initiatives for a thriving future. With your ongoing support, I believe that will happen.

Warm wishes,

Julie Brown

Acting Chief Advancement Officer
