Dear 9th grade Parents and Guardians,

For the past month, students have been working hard on their Speech Project in Modern World History and English class. Students have researched topics of their own choosing, studied qualities of a good speech, written a persuasive essay, and worked to perfect their performances.

Please join us in celebrating all of this hard work by attending the Persuasive Speech Presentations. Speeches will take place in the Mt. Pleasant Auditorium on Monday, June 2, Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5. Speeches will take place in room 1218 on Tuesday, June 3.
