ANNUAL RAINIER CAMP TRIP

This trip is MANDATORY for all staff and students. It is a special annual Summit tradition where students get to enjoy nature and to participate in creative activities while getting to know one another and build school community. Students leave the camp feeling a new sense of pride and belonging.

Only those drivers who have turned in all completed paperwork will be allowed to drive and will be assigned students to drive. The following paperwork is needed for all drivers:

1) Driver Application form

2) Student Transportation Policy form, page 3 only to be signed

3) Chaperone Agreement/Code of Conduct form

4) Copy of driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance policy information

5) Read the Distracted Driving Policy

If you are chaperoning only, you only will need to complete:

    1) Chaperone Agreement/Code of Conduct form

 

Forms are on the Summit San Jose website under PIVOT/FORMS (https://sites.google.com/site/rainierspivot/forms) or are available in the Rainier office. Please have your student return the completed paperwork to the school office as soon as possible.
