3Q12 Quarterly Intelligence

martinwolf Valuation & Deal Insights®

Friends,

A new quarter means a new chance to look inwards at your business during the last few months, and then look outwards at the industry as a whole. For our firm, it's an opportunity to catalogue and comment on what we see through a new issue of Valuation & Deal Insights. In this edition we focus on the continued rise of Cloud Computing and the impact it is having on our industry. 3Q12 VDI screenshot

We are also continuing our "Executive Perspective" series launched in our 2Q12 edition. In this issue, Tom Richards, president and CEO of CDW, discusses the cloud and the role it plays in their business strategy.

Cloud computing, when viewed through the lens of typical technology life cycles, is barely past the early adopter stage. In an effort to prepare you to seek new opportunities in this space, our team of senior executives and analysts have prepared the following thought pieces:
  1. Executive Perspective with Tom Richards
  2. Viewpoint: Winds of Change
  3. Value Lies in the Eye of the Beholder
  4. Five Key M&A Trends in Cloud Computing and IaaS
  5. China's Dragon Snuffed Out by Cloud
  6. Maximizing Your Place on the Valuation Continuum
  7. SaaS: How Long Can This Last?
  8. Taking the Right Steps toward Creating Value
  9. Notes from a Dialogue on Cross-Border M&A

Being aware of current trends in cloud computing helps ensure your company is well-positioned to take advantage of them.
