Healthy Eating on a Budget A big problem about eating healthy for many people is they think it is too expensive. However by following some simple tips you can learn to save money and eat healthy. Check around your kitchen to see what foods you already have and start planning meals for the week. Try to plan meals that you are able to double or triple in order to have more meals throughout the week without having to cook again. Once you have your meals planned for the week and know what foods are in your house, you can make a list of ingredients based on your planned meals. Another great way to help save money is to look for different sales or coupons for the store. Don't forget to check out your local farmers markets too!!
