A good and powerful message has the ability to unite stakeholders and focus attention. It helps us work together and this is incredibly important to talk about foreign policy goals. A life, a home, a business or a city without power [Electricity] in Africa is scary, horrifying, and it's a wilderness full of mosquitoes. This is how we all grew up. We studied with lanterns, candles, or even firewood when parents could not afford kerosene or candles.
