Upcoming Schedule of Events

Middle School and High School Students, Parents and Sponsors! Here's what's going on for 6th-12th graders at Country Club Christian Church.

Student Ministry

Student Ministry Poinsettia Sale:

Student Ministry will be selling poinsettias Nov. 9, 16, 23, and 30 in the parlor. Proceeds will benefit the Mission Trip Scholarship Fund. Order slips will be available on Sunday mornings. Pick up for the poinsettias will be on Sat., Dec. 6, and Sun., Dec. 7, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. If you have any questions please fill free to contact Allie Cobb here.

We need volunteers on Sun., Nov. 16 and 23, before and after all three services; 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 11:00 a.m., to sit at the poinsettia table to answer questions, and take orders. We would love your help with this fundraising project. Please contact Allie Cobb if you are interested in volunteering.

We will need help on either Friday evening Dec. 5 or Saturday morning Dec. 6 (more detail to come soon), to drive to Kearny, MO to pick up poinsettias. We need 2-3 truck/SUV and drivers. Please let Allie Cobb know if you are interested in volunteering.

Volunteers Needed

Volunteer to bring/cook a meal for our children and students on Sunday nights! It would be AWESOME to get the entire year scheduled! Click here to sign up.

11:00-11:30 a.m.: Student Music, Grades 6-12

Sunday Evening Schedule:

5:00-5:30 p.m.: Snack Supper, Grades 3-12
5:30-7:00 p.m.: Student Group, Grades 6-12

Attention Adults

Are you interested in being more involved with Country Club Christian Church events? We have weekly and one-time events for both the student and children's ministries that we would love your help with. Please contact Allie Cobb for student ministry and together we will find the perfect fit for you to help out! We look forward to hearing from you.

Fri., Nov. 14 to Sat., Nov. 15 - Middle School Lock-In - 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. The cost is $20 per student. If you need a scholarship or would like to help as a chaperone, please contact Allie. Please RSVP by Nov. 9 to Allie.

Sun., Nov. 16 - No Student Group.

Sun., Nov. 16 - Pastors' Class Information Meeting - 12:15 p.m. Please meet in the Student Center (Rm. 205)

Next Week

Sun., Nov. 23 - Movie Night! - 5:00-7:00 p.m. Middle and High School students please meet in the Youth Center (Rm. 205) at 5:00 p.m. for pizza and popcorn. We will watch "The Fault in Our Stars." Please be here promptly at 5:00 p.m. to allow enough time to watch the movie.

Sun., Nov. 30 - No Youth Group. Happy Thanksgiving!

Sat., Dec. 6 - Middle School Christmas Party -

11:30 a.m.-3:15 p.m. Middle School students get out your warm socks! Please meet in the Social Hall for lunch before we head out to ice skate on Sat., Dec. 6. We will have an afternoon full of cold fun! The more the merrier so please bring a friend! Please RSVP to Allie Cobb by Sun., Nov. 30 so we can get a final head count. If you are interested in helping chaperone this event that would be greatly appreciated! Please contact Allie Cobb if interested.

Sat. Dec. 6 - High School Christmas Party - 4:30-7:30 p.m. The Brumitt family has generously offered to host this year's high school Christmas Party. Please bring a $10.00 or less wrapped gift so that we can play "White Elephant." Please meet at the church promptly at 4:30 p.m. We will leave the church immediately for the Brumitt house and return to the church at 7:30 p.m. Bring a friend! The more the merrier! If you wish to drive yourself, contact Allie Cobb for directions. Please RSVP to Allie Cobb by Nov. 30 for a final head count. If you are interested in helping chaperone this event that would be greatly appreciated! Please contact Allie Cobb if interested.

Sun., Dec. 7 - Youth Group. Dress warm and dust off your vocal cords. We will be joining in on the All Church Caroling Party.

Sun., Dec. 14 - Enjoy the Christmas pageant at 4:30 p.m.

Service Hours Opportunities

We are looking for volunteers to help with the craft stations and clean up. Lunch will be provided. If you are interested in helping out please contact Lindsay Howes.

Sun., Dec. 7 - 3:30-5:00 p.m. All hands on deck to help with Cookies with Santa. We need help with set-up and decorating cookies. Please contact Lindsay Howes here if you would like volunteer.

Middle School (6th-8th) and High School (9th-12th) gather for refreshments and announcements in the Youth Center (Rm. 205). After opening, Middle School moves to Room 202 for a lesson.
