Christian Community Camp August 2-9 ONLY 1 PRIVATE ROOM LEFT!


Each summer, families and individuals from the church gather for a glorious week in the Rocky Mountains. We call it "Christian Community Camp" because the week allows folks to build friendships with fellow church members of all ages while growing in faith in the midst of God's creation. We stay in two beautiful lodges (16 bedrooms and eight bedrooms) at the YMCA of the Rockies near Estes Park. Home cooked meals are prepared by generous volunteers from our church. Days are free to hike, ride horses, fish, boat, craft or read a book on the wraparound porch. In the evenings the group gathers for devotions and activities such as hayrides and nature programs.

Sun., Aug. 10 - Were you in 6th-12th grade last school year?! If so, you're invited to have an epic time with Country Club Christian Church's Youth Ministry at Lake Quivira. The Ziegenhorn/Merz clan is hosting us!

 

Food. Games. Lake. What else do you need?!

 

You'll need to RSVP to jasona@cccckc.org or Allie K. Cobb so that we know if you're riding WITH us or driving yourself.

Sun., Aug. 24 - Sundae Sunday for incoming 6th graders - 4:30-5:30 p.m. Will you be a 6th grader for the 2014-15 academic year? Then welcome to Youth Ministries!  We can't wait to get to know you so stop by the Social Hall for an ice cream bar.

Sun., Aug. 24 - Youth Group Game Night! - 5:30-7:30 p.m. Stop by the Social Hall for fun games like Everybody's It, Apples to Apples, and yes, there will be Gotcha.

Sun., Aug. 24 - Leadership Launch Event - For people participating as volunteers in the Children and Youth Ministry for the 2014-15 year.

Sun., Aug. 31 - No Youth Group due to Labor Day weekend.

Middle School (6th-8th) and High School (9th-12th) gather for refreshments and announcements in the Youth Center (Rm. 205).  After opening, Middle School moves to Room 202 for a lesson.
