Take A Giant Walk, Run or Hike - May 24

IN SUPPORT OF NORTHERN HEARTS & MARK PREECE HOUSE

Gather up your family, friends, team mates, old school chums and colleagues for a one-of-a-kind spring outing to Sleeping Giant Provincial Park.

For just $20 a person, you'll receive bus transportation to and from the park, a vegetarian lunch and dinner time BBQ. There will also be time to explore, relax and participate in a healthy 5 km walk/run/hike in support of two great charities: Northern Hearts and the Mark Preece Family House.

For those wishing to go longer distances, a 12 km and 22 km run/hike are also planned. The fee for these is $60 which includes a $40 charitable donation tax receipt.

This all takes place on Saturday, May 24th (following the long weekend). For additional details and to register click here.

THUNDER BAY RUN FOR WOMEN - MAY 10

Women and girls (12+) are invited to lace up for the 34th annual Thunder Bay Run for Women being held Saturday, May 10th at Boulevard Lake.

Whether you walk, run, stroll or roll, you'll experience the good energy of hundreds of women participating together for the fun and health of it.

Registration is $20 and offers you a Zumba warm-up, 5 km walk/run, t-shirt, after race social and chance to win participant prizes.
