1.If your dog or cat is over 6 years of age or has pre-existing medical issues, you will be required to have blood tests to determine the viability of anesthesia (there will be an extra cost for this)
2. Extractions are an extra cost
3. Pre-op visit, included in cost, is recommended before the day of surgery
4. Rabies vaccination must be up to date
5. Scheduling for these dentals, at this price, will be arranged by the office
6. Pain medications and antibiotics are included in the incredibly inexpensive $100!!!
