We'd like you to meet the newest member of our staff, Anne Howitt. Anne brings 14 years of experience buying, selling and appraising diamonds, colored gemstones and pearls to our customers. Anne is a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) & a Certified Gemologist Appraiser (AGS). It's great to have her aboard.
And, in keeping with our vision to stay current with the jewelry industry, Anne, Marsha McHugh and Jim all attended the American Gem Society conclave in Phoenix last month. After learning the secret handshake they attended seminars by leading gemologists such as Cos Altobelli with his international appraisal expertise, and also found sessions on enhancing the jewelry experience through new technology very helpful.
We know that sometimes our absence is an inconvenience to you but we hope that, in the long run, we will be better able to serve you through our continuing education.
